bahanelerle temel mevzuat\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 analiz edece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Cinsiyet Politikalar\u0131nda Gerilemeye Genel Bak\u0131\u015f<\/h2>\n<p>Cinsiyet politikalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin son rapor, yasal aksakl\u0131klar\u0131n kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ve trans bireyleri do\u011frudan etkiledi\u011fi endi\u015fe verici bir tabloyu g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne seriyor.<\/p>\n<p>En endi\u015fe verici verilerden biri de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n mevcut y\u00f6netime kar\u015f\u0131 ho\u015fnutsuzlu\u011funun artmas\u0131. <strong>63%<\/strong>, son kararnamelere verilen yan\u0131tlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli ilerlemeleri tersine \u00e7evirdi\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki memnuniyetsizli\u011fi yans\u0131t\u0131yor <u>e\u015fitlik ve \u00fcreme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p>Bu gerileme hareketi ayn\u0131 Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k \u00dczerindeki Etkisi<\/h2>\n<p><p>\u00dcreme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 programlar\u0131ndaki ani kesintiler ve sosyal kat\u0131l\u0131m politikalar\u0131ndaki \u00f6nemli azalmalar, <strong>y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etki<\/strong> Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve trans bireylerin hayatlar\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>Bu olumsuzluklar, do\u011fum kontrol y\u00f6ntemleri ve psikolojik destek gibi temel hizmetlere eri\u015fimin azalmas\u0131yla kendini g\u00f6steriyor ve istenmeyen gebeliklerin ve ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kamu y\u00f6netimine ili\u015fkin onaylamamas\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artm\u0131\u015f ve onay giderek artan e\u015fitsizlikler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmakta, bu durum yaln\u0131zca ulusal d\u00fczeyde de\u011fil, insan haklar\u0131yla ilgili k\u00fcresel d\u00fczeydeki \u00f6nlemleri de
