Megvitatjuk, hogy ez a terv nemcsak az orsz\u00e1g GDP-j\u00e9t n\u00f6velheti, hanem t\u00f6bb milli\u00f3 \u00faj munkahelyet is teremthet.<\/p>\n<p>A javaslat c\u00e9lja, hogy \u00f6sszehangolja a gazdas\u00e1gi n\u00f6veked\u00e9st az \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1zok kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1nak cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9vel, a 2050-re kit\u0171z\u00f6tt kl\u00edmasemlegess\u00e9g el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9t c\u00e9lozva. Elemezni fogjuk a PTE f\u0151bb tengelyeit, amelyek magukban foglalj\u00e1k a fenntarthat\u00f3 finansz\u00edroz\u00e1st, a biogazdas\u00e1got \u00e9s a z\u00f6ld infrastrukt\u00far\u00e1t, valamint ezek fontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t Braz\u00edlia fenntarthat\u00f3bb \u00e9s vir\u00e1gz\u00f3bb j\u00f6v\u0151je szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<h2>A PTE hat\u00e1sa a GDP n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9re<\/h2>\n<p>O <u><strong>\u00d6kol\u00f3giai \u00c1talak\u00edt\u00e1si Terv (ETP)<\/strong><\/u> k\u00f6zponti pill\u00e9r\u00e9t k\u00e9pezi Braz\u00edlia fenntarthat\u00f3 n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9nek.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>a GDP \u00e9vi 0,8 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kpontos n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9nek v\u00e1rhat\u00f3 m\u00e9rt\u00e9ke 2035-ig<\/strong>A PTE nemcsak gazdas\u00e1gi hat\u00e1sa miatt t\u0171nik ki, hanem az \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1zok kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1nak cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9hez val\u00f3 hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa miatt is.<\/p>\n<p>Ez az ambici\u00f3zus terv \u00f6sszehangolja a gazdas\u00e1got \u00e9s az \u00f6kol\u00f3gi\u00e1t, \u00e9s arra t\u00f6rekszik, hogy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epe.gov.br\/sites-pt\/publicacoes-dados-abertos\/publicacoes\/PublicacoesArquivos\/publicacao-726\/PTE_RelatorioFinal_PT_Digital_.pdf\" alt=\"neutralidade clim\u00e1tica at\u00e9 2050\">kl\u00edmasemlegess\u00e9g 2050-re<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Te <strong>A gazdas\u00e1gi el\u0151ny\u00f6k k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen az els\u0151 10-15 \u00e9vben szembet\u0171n\u0151ek<\/strong>, amikor a kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9s jelent\u0151s \u00e9s tart\u00f3s eredm\u00e9nyeket kezd el\u00e9rni.<\/p>\n<p>A PTE kezdeti hat\u00e1sa f\u0151k\u00e9nt a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban figyelhet\u0151 meg: <strong>2 milli\u00f3 \u00faj munkahely 2035-ig<\/strong>, ami pozit\u00edv domin\u00f3hat\u00e1st jelez, sz\u00e9les k\u00f6rben elosztott t\u00e1rsadalmi \u00e9s gazdas\u00e1gi el\u0151ny\u00f6kkel.<\/p>\n<p>Tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a terv mindegyik tengelye, amely mag\u00e1ban foglalja <a p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyek \u00e9s biogazdas\u00e1g<\/a>, er\u0151s\u00edti az orsz\u00e1g infrastrukt\u00far\u00e1j\u00e1t, el\u0151seg\u00edtve a technol\u00f3giai innov\u00e1ci\u00f3kat \u00e9s a termel\u00e9s hat\u00e9konys\u00e1g\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>A gazdas\u00e1gi n\u00f6veked\u00e9s \u00e9s a kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1scs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s integr\u00e1l\u00e1sa egy pozit\u00edv ciklust eredm\u00e9nyez, ahol a nagyobb n\u00f6veked\u00e9s nagyobb kapacit\u00e1st gener\u00e1l a tiszta technol\u00f3gi\u00e1kba val\u00f3 befektet\u00e9sre.<\/p>\n<p>Az energetikai \u00e1t\u00e1ll\u00e1s p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul \u00f6szt\u00f6nzi a z\u00f6ld gazdas\u00e1got, nemcsak a GDP-t n\u00f6velve, hanem biztos\u00edtva, hogy Braz\u00edlia el\u00e9rje a kit\u0171z\u00f6tt c\u00e9ljait. <a j\u00f6v\u0151 \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek alapvet\u0151 strat\u00e9gi\u00e1jak\u00e9nt konszolid\u00e1lt\u00e1k.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>A foglalkoztat\u00e1s \u00e9s a szoci\u00e1lis juttat\u00e1sok b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9se<\/h2>\n<p>Braz\u00edlia \u00f6kol\u00f3giai \u00e1talakul\u00e1si terve (ETP) \u00edg\u00e9retet tesz a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151kre: <u><strong>hat\u00e1sos \u00e1talakul\u00e1s<\/strong><\/u> a munkaer\u0151piacon.<\/p>\n<p>Azzal a c\u00e9llal, hogy k\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00f6tte <strong>2 milli\u00f3 munkahely 2035-re<\/strong>a PTE kiemelkedik a gazdas\u00e1gi n\u00f6veked\u00e9s \u00e9s a fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1g \u00f6sszeegyeztet\u00e9se ter\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>A hat strat\u00e9giai tengelyb\u0151l \u00e1ll\u00f3 terv azokra az \u00e1gazatokra \u00f6sszpontos\u00edt, amelyek \u00e9len j\u00e1rnak a z\u00f6ld \u00e1t\u00e1ll\u00e1sban.<\/p>\n<p>A foglalkoztat\u00e1s f\u0151 mozgat\u00f3rug\u00f3i k\u00f6z\u00fcl a munkalehet\u0151s\u00e9geket b\u0151v\u00edtik, hanem el\u0151seg\u00edtik is <strong>fontos t\u00e1rsadalmi juttat\u00e1sok<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A munkahelyteremt\u00e9s k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg az \u00e9letmin\u0151s\u00e9g jav\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val, az egyenl\u0151tlens\u00e9gek cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9vel \u00e9s a helyi gazdas\u00e1gok er\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel.<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1zok kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1nak cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se a PTE r\u00e9v\u00e9n nemcsak seg\u00edti az orsz\u00e1got kl\u00edmac\u00e9ljainak el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9ben, hanem fenntarthat\u00f3bb \u00e9s m\u00e9lt\u00e1nyosabb j\u00f6v\u0151t is biztos\u00edt mindenki sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n<p>A t\u00e9ttel <u>innov\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e9s technol\u00f3gia<\/u>a PTE szil\u00e1rd alapot teremt a gazdas\u00e1gi n\u00f6veked\u00e9shez, biztos\u00edtva, hogy Braz\u00edlia a kl\u00edmasemlegess\u00e9g fel\u00e9 haladjon az\u00e1ltal, hogy <u>2050<\/u>.<\/p>\n<h2>A kl\u00edmasemlegess\u00e9g fel\u00e9 2050-re<\/h2>\n<p><u><strong>Kl\u00edmasemlegess\u00e9g elk\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g\u00e9t a fenntarthat\u00f3 j\u00f6v\u0151 ir\u00e1nt<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p>Ez a terv, amely 2035-ig \u00e9vente 0,8 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kponttal n\u00f6velheti a GDP-t, l\u00e9nyeges l\u00e9p\u00e9s afel\u00e9... <strong>a gazdas\u00e1gi n\u00f6veked\u00e9s \u00e9s a k\u00f6rnyezeti fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1g egyens\u00falyban tart\u00e1sa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>E mozgalom n\u00e9lk\u00fcl, <strong>Braz\u00edlia kl\u00edmac\u00e9ljai nem teljes\u00fclnek<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Olyan szervezetekkel egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6dve, mint az IDB-CEBRI-EPE Program, a PTE utat mutat a fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1g fel\u00e9, kiemelve az \u00e9ghajlatv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s kih\u00edv\u00e1sainak kezel\u00e9s\u00e9nek fontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e9ljainak el\u00e9r\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben a PTE konkr\u00e9t ir\u00e1nyelveket hat\u00e1roz meg:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50% nett\u00f3 kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1scs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s 2030-ig<\/li>\n<li>Az energiahat\u00e9konys\u00e1g
